Policy
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do offer an even exchange policy. We will work with you if you have to exchange your item until you have what you are looking for. In some cases we may be able to find you something that is not on the web site for an even exchange. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only (less shipping & handling fees). You must pay to ship the item back before we can exchange it or issue a store credit. The item must still have the tags on it and not be worn. Any tags missing the item cannot be exchange. All items are new and we do not pay to have an item dry cleaned. All swimsuits and jewelry and Claire's Collection evening gowns are custom made items and are not returnable for a store credit. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for swimsuits and 2 to 3 months for custom made gowns and at least two weeks for jewelry. Also include 1 week for shipping once I received the item. |
